Orang sukses terus bergerak. Mereka melakukan
kesalahan-kesalahan, tapi mereka tak pernah berhenti, Sukses tampaknya selalu berhubungan dengan
tindakan.
For businessman or entrepreneur, study is not to get certificate but how they can get certificate of land or property

There was a young man from a very poor family. This family had to move from one rented house to another because they could not afford to buy one. Therefore, this young man’s biggest wish in his life was to have his own house. When he got married, he forced himself to buy a house in 20 years’ installments. With his little salary, he was very careful in spending every cent he earned to meet the expenses.
Since then, his family lived very economically. There was no money for fun at all. The man managed the money tightly because he had to pay the installments. His family lived under big emotional pressure because he would not allow any cent spent without any valid reasons.
Time went by. One day, his mother told him, “Before I die, I really want to visit the places I have always wanted to see. I do have some savings, but I think it’s not enough. Could you help to make my wish come true?”
“Be patient, Mom. It’s not the right time yet. Now we must live very thriftily. We still have to pay the installments of this house.” He said this every time his mother asked him.
He became very stingy. Whenever his wife wanted to have some outing, he would hear none of this. Even when she asked him to go out to eat with the whole family, he would give the same answer that they had to be economical because of the installments. When his son asked for some pocket money or a toy, he would firmly refuse with the same excuse.
His family became stressed out and depressed. Days passed by with tension and monotony. There was no more happiness in the family.
Twenty years later, finally he paid the last installment. Now, the house was his! Strangely, instead of felling happy, he realized that he had lost something much more valuable. His house was just building, not a home. There was nothing in it, no warmth, and no happiness. He lived alone in the house. His wife and children had left him because they could not stand his attitude any longer. His mother had passed away before she could make her last wish come true.
His life was lonely, empty, and cold. Why did love, warmth, and happiness leave him when his biggest goal in life was reached, when the certificate of the house was in his hand?
